I hope that the "Terrorists Inflitrate NSW Political Parties" title has got your attention. Very little else does these days, what with Murdoch Papers going on about THOUSANDS of others just like our first NSW Islamic Terror Attack, on February 23rd 2015, Sorry folks, Sydney has been under a stealth terror attack enabled by mainstream politicians in suits for at least the last 2 decades, if not longer, and Rupert Murdoch and his "New Limited" organisation has always been in cahoots with the people doing it
In NSW mining corporations are collapsing and destroying the critical infrastructure that supports life in Sydney, and helps grow our food around the state. This is the sort of damage that is normally done by a hostile power to the state under attack during war.
In the Vietnam war, our side sprayed terrible defoliants with long lasting poisons over the forests, soil and water of the "enemy". The stuff is still there, causing illness and birth defects. There are also still unexploded land mines, shells, and other stuff of inexplicable nastiness we lumped on them, for daring to want to be independent of the global "Wealth Pump" that is the US empire.
Nowadays the foreign corporations invade us directly with their wealth pumps, which consist of gas wells, toxic water fracking and associated secret toxic chemicals, and a host of industrial piping, compressors, waste storage, which are guaranteed to ruin land and water for a long time, and cause inexplicable nasty health problems to humans, plants and animals alike. In Australia, Liberal National Parties, and Labor have been happy for this to go ahead all over the place.
If the Vietnamese people had wanted revenge for the despoilation of their land, they couldn't have wished much worse than the coal seam gas fracking industry to spoil Australia's best land and water systems.
During the Gulf War of 1991 against Iraq, our side did aerial bombardment caused severe damage to the electric grid that operated the pumping stations and other facilities for potable water delivery and sewage treatment. The sanctions imposed by the UN at the conclusion of the Gulf War exacerbated these problems by banning the importation of spare parts for equipment and chemicals, such as chlorine, needed for disinfection. The period of sanctions is estimated to have caused 500,000 excess under-5 deaths. A price worth paying, said the US secretary of state, Madelaine Albright. After more war, eventually the oil contracts went to US oil corporations, and the ruined nation was left to the decimated Iraqi people. The Iraqi state does not exist as such anymore.
We all understand that our nations supply of water is a military significant resource. It can be easily ruined by foreign interests, and its loss will cause a humanitarian disaster. Imagine that the government found out about a plot to blow up the Desalination plant that is our back-up water supply for Sydney. That plant costs taxpayers about one half million dollars a day just to keep it in a ready for use state. Is it secure? Imagine hostile foreign power blew it up with one strategic bomb. There would go two billion dollars of investment, up in smoke. If such a plot was found, the culprits and their associates would be immediately arrested. The foreign terrorists would be excoriated in the press, and our government would be demanding recompence or war. This is despite the fact that we we pay a foreign corporation , Veolia environmental solutions, to keep it ready to run it for us. Veolia would probably sue us for not providing adequate security.
Then why is the NSW government allowing foreign corporations, to mine and collapse the land under our natural water systems? The evidence has long been in that this destroys the water system. Neither Mike Baird nor Luke Foley, nor members of their political parties will talk publicly about. No Murdoch journalist will ask this question. This problem started under previous Labor governments. Mining license after mining license for the coal under our water catchments is being allowed under the Environmental and Planning Act. The act obviously has holes that any foreign mining corporation can drive an Export Coal Shipment through. All it takes is a Minister to declare that a project returns some money back to the state, so its "State Significant". All it takes is a Planning Assessment Commission to make a few trivial concessions, and declare a few trivial environmental offsets, tick an unreadable environmental impact statement as OK, and its all done. We become the external costs. I am sure that the NSW governments of the time have found our price worth paying for their economic benefits. The coal goes to the foreign corporations, the damage is all ours.
There is a new weapon in the war on nature, that is more destructive than anything ever created for the military. Remember how our federal government has signed away $24 billion for 72 joint strike fighter planes from the world's greatest weapon seller, the USA? The majority of elected members in our parliamentry parties are a lot cheaper than that. They should be all called "stealth politicians".
My only conclusion is that both Labor and Liberal Parties as currently constituted are fully fledged rental agencies competing for the same foreign corporations. They both happy to pay mining consultants big bikkies and cheese, to watch the ongoing of destruction of our natural water supply sources. And they ignore the reports of the ongoing problem as if it was somebody elses problem. That is, it is our problem. We the public have been kept in the dark about it. The politicians have been flying under the public radar.
The politicians who did this to us knew that this was going to happen. This has been a pre-meditated, ongoing, foreign corporate destruction of an essential service to the 4.5 million inhabitants of this city. If the people of Iraq had wanted revenge, on how we to ruin their country, 2 decades earlier, they could not have been doing a better job. If our natural water system, catchment, dams, treatment plants, the works, was all blown up at once, we would describe it as a terrorist attack, or the outcome of shock and awe. If we allow this stealth attack to go ahead, lulled by sweet nothings of political pre-election promises, and lying journalists, I would say we all fully deserve the water stressed future that will be soom coming to us.
This new Liberal government promised to protect NSW water and soil, against mining, and then did the equivalent of absolutely nothing after election with a landslide majority mandate. I guess the promised "commonsense" protection is to let the corporations get want the corporations want. Its user pays. So here is another political party that sensible people should always vote last for in the future.
Why do they get away with it? Because it happens slowly, one coal mining panel at a time, one subsidence at a time, one sandstone bed cracking at a time, drying out, loss of water flow, a bush fire later, and a washing away of the entire soil system at the end, in place where the public are never allowed to see, but the coal company has free licence to, apparently thats alright with Labor and Liberal, because they never say a word against it.
And why not? We have heard plenty of ICAC, coming out on the obvious "blatent offenders", the greedy not so clever ones caught with their hands in the pot, but apparently they have only scratched the surface, and the corruption is deep rooted inside the government system, beyond ICAC's time and resources, which only gets a few cases at a time. I have heard that a local government councilor was offered three times as much as he would make in the public system, in a later job, if he would approve a project, and if he didn't approve the corporation would fund opposition to kick him out of office. That's the language of corporate money today.
There should be no need to pay back compensation to stop coal companies from destroying our natural water supply. What they are doing by stealth is knowing terrorism. They are carrying out an act of war, designed to render the population of a city into strife and despair, for easy surrender to corporate interests and ransom demands. The Australian Army should be summoned immediately by our Federal government, to defend us against these military operations, take them prisoner, and expell them out of this nation.
In the meantime, they try and scare us with fear of terrorist plots from overseas migrants of different cultural backgrounds. There might be thousands of small 't' terrorists. None of them can do anything like the damage done by big 'C' Corporate Criminals, as evidenced by Australia's virtually unrestrained destructive Mining and Corruption industry.
The persons who have aided and abbetted these acts, entrusted in office in our governments, should be arrested forthwith, given a public trial, and made to pay up the value of all the favors and salaries they were granted for betrayal and treason of our trust. As many of the guilty are still operating within both Liberal and Labor parties, both these political parties should be disbarred from having candidates in this and future state elections. At the very least they should start taking, very loud and fast, about what they know, we let natural systems that support us become destroyed under our feet.
Liberal, National Party and Labor are corrupt down to the coal seams. They are destroying our water supply. Thats what terrorists and traitors do. We should treat them as such.
How do you feel, when your own water and lands is being destroyed by the corporate wealth pumps. After all, it is all done in the name of our economic well being, growth and jobs. And big rewards for the instigators. Perhaps we should reconsider what we have been allowed to do to other nations. In the name of war and terror we have helped to destroy other nations land and water, and their future. And we even called their defence of their life support systems terrorism? Should we be so surprised that our land, our water, our future is now put to the question? Perhaps this the human species flaw. This is how we treat each others tribe and nation, this is how we treat nature. We will not need wait for nature's collapse to ruin us. We will let the greedy amoung us destroy the natural systems that directly support us.
